Change in Financial Year End

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – March 15 , 2004 – SKN Resources Ltd. ("SKN") advises that it is changing its financial year end from April 30 to March 31, commencing with the 2005 fiscal year which will now end March 31, 2005. The change in the financial year end is being completed in order to align the company's interim financial statements reporting requirements with its Chinese subsidiaries, which operate on a calendar fiscal year end.
